A Jamaican Ackee & Grapefruit/Pineapple – infused IPA with a lawless rhythm of Caribbean fruit notes – Irie

This grapefruit/pineapple infused IPA at 5.2% ABV is a tribute to Rude Boys. Caribbean flavours are provided by Amarillo, Citra, Comet, Styrian Cardinal, and Summit hops together with the addition of Jamaican Ackee – the first time the Jamaican national fruit has been used in beer production! Grapefruit zest and fermentation with Kveik Hornindal yeast adds extra layers of grapefruit, pineapple, mango, and tangerine to give a smooth and juicy finish. Irie.
